Registration

Your account is created for you by Paynetics — there is nothing to sign up for. You receive an email with a registration link; from there, setup takes a few minutes.

Steps

1. Open the registration link from your welcome email.

2. Set a password — at least 8 characters, with an upper-case and a lower-case letter, a number and a special character.

3. Set up two-factor authentication: scan the QR code with an authenticator app.

4. Enter the 6-digit code from the app to finish.

Need help? — If anything goes wrong during registration, contact Paynetics support and they will sort it out with you.

Two-factor authentication

Every sign-in is protected with a one-time code from Google Authenticator. Enter the current 6-digit code shown for your portal account - codes refresh roughly every 30 seconds, so always use the one on screen.
